THE STUDIO

1 – The studio has an antimicrobial flooring – Flotex

2 – The studio has an air flow system which means we have fresh air circulating at all times. It is not recycled air.

3 – All main touch points have been covered with CoverSafe, an antimicrobial protection film.

4 – Individual storage boxes are available in reception to keep your belongings separate from everyone elses.

5 – There is no shared equipment – you must bring your own mat and towel.

WE ARE BACK FOR INDIVIDUAL YOGA TRAINING

Each person will practice in an allocated area in the studio with 2 metre distancing between each space

Protocol Guidelines for Coming to the Studio

1 – Please book in advance – you can book by texting 086 3763363 or emailing at hotyogaathlone@gmail.com stating days and times you wish to attend. The BASE60 and BASE90 classes are suitable for beginners. The VITAL75, FAST60 AND MIX90 are NOT suitable for beginners

2 – Please cancel 2 hours in advance if you cannot attend as there may be a waiting list, so please try to just book times you know you can attend.

3 – Please bring your own mat, towel and water. Rental mats and towels will NOT be available at this time. Mats and towels are available to buy at the studio.

4 – The main door to the premises will open 15 minutes before practice times but please consider arriving close to the start time if you do not need to make a payment.

5 – If you need to make a payment please use card payment preferably.

6 – It’s mask to mat. Please wear a mask into reception and only remove once you are on your mat. Upon entering the reception please use the hand sanitiser that is available at the entrance.

7 – Please arrive dressed for yoga practice. There are storage boxes in the reception area to leave your belongings but where possible please travel light limiting the number of personal belongings you bring. Small items like keys and wallets can be placed at the end of your mat.

8 – Doors are propped open and will only be opened and closed by a member of staff.

9 – Spaces are marked out on the studio floor with 2 L shaped marks at 2m distances – Place the top of your mat in between the 2 marks.

10 – Please remain on your mat before and during practice.

11 – At the end of practice the internal door will be propped open by a member of staff. Please always leave the room individually maintaining a 2m distance from others.

12 – Shower facilities will be available with strict social distancing guidelines with limited numbers allowed in the changing rooms. If you live close by you may consider going straight home after class to shower.

13 – Please only come to the studio if you are feeling well. If you have a temperature, a cough or any covid symptoms please do not come to the studio.

14 – The Zoom option will be available for all times if you do not wish to attend the studio or if the time you wish to attend is fully booked.

Code of Practice. Tricia and all the teachers at Hot Yoga Athlone endeavour to ensure the highest standards of practice in class which includes constant instruction and correction. This extends to the overall running of the studio and all its facilities. Classes will always run on time. All teachers at Hot Yoga Athlone have been trained and certified.
