Attending Your First Class

THE STUDIO

1 – The studio has an antimicrobial flooring – Flotex

2 – The studio has an air flow system which means we have fresh air circulating at all times. It is not recycled air.

3 – All main touch points have been covered with CoverSafe, an antimicrobial protection film.

4 – Individual storage boxes are available in reception to keep your belongings separate from everyone elses.

5 – You can bring your own mat and towel so you do not have to share equipment.

Protocol Guidelines for Attending Class at the Studio

 

1 – We have a mask to mat policy – Please wear a mask and only remove once you are on your mat. Upon entering the reception please use the hand sanitiser that is available at the entrance..

Pre-booking is no longer required but please arrive 20 minutes early for your first class. Classes start on time and no latecomers can be admitted.                                                                                                                                                                      

The BASE60 and BASE90 classes are suitable for beginners. The VITAL75, FAST60 AND MIX90 are NOT suitable for beginners

2 – Please bring a mat, large towel and water. Rental mats and towels are also available and will be sanitised and washed after each use. Mats and towels are available to buy at the studio.

3 – The main door to the premises will open 30 minutes before each class.

4 – Spaces are marked out on the studio floor with 2 L shaped marks – Place the top of your mat in between the 2 marks.

5 – Please remain on your mat before and during class.

6– At the end of class please always leave the room individually maintaining a 2m distance from others.

7 – Shower facilities will be available with strict social distancing guidelines.

8 – Please only come to the studio if you are feeling well. If you have a temperature, a cough or any covid symptoms please do not come to the studio.

9 – The Zoom option will be available for all classes if you do not wish to attend the studio. It is not recommended for first timers

Code of Practice. Tricia and all the teachers at Hot Yoga Athlone endeavour to ensure the highest standards of practice in class which includes constant instruction and correction. This extends to the overall running of the studio and all its facilities. Classes will always run on time. All teachers at Hot Yoga Athlone have been trained and certified.
