A new class has been added to the timetable at BYA – introducing the HOT-75, a 75 minute hot yoga class using some postures from the Bikram class as well as a lot of new ones. Bringing in more hip openers, arm and upper body strengthening. A slower version of the HOT-60 allowing time to learn the new postures. It is not suitable for first timers. Attend 8-10 Bikram classes before attempting this one.
The HOT-75 is on Wednesday at 6pm and Thursday at 4.30pm.
September 3rd the 4.30pm classes return to the schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
From September 1st there will be a price increase on certain packages.
