Bikram Yoga Athlone is having a Christmas party on Friday December 18th at the studio from 8pm onwards. You can come to the 6pm class and then stay on for a few nibbles and drinks or if you’re not feeling up to class then join us at 8pm. This will give you the chance to chat and catch up with all your fellow yogis, something you don’t get a chance to do in class!!!!! All Welcome!
