FREE OUTDOOR YOGA CLASS IN LANESBOROUGH SUNDAY JUNE 1ST
As our FREE outdoor yoga classes continue to grow in popularity, we are delighted to be running our fourth outdoor yoga class in Lanesborough on June 1st. This class is free and open to everyone. It will take place at 11am on the Lanesborough side of the river on the green area behind the children’s playground which is behind the village car park. Check instagram @hotyogaathlone or Facebook Hot Yoga Athlone for recent posts. Bring a mat if you have one otherwise a towel should be sufficient. Not sure how warm it will be so bring some extra layers. Wear trainers. But also bring your swimsuit if you fancy a dip afterwards. Again we will have some tunes playing in the background. The newly opened Sweaty Yeti Wellness again in available for bookings for sauna, hot tubs and ice baths. Make a day of it and head for one of the many gorgeous walks from woodland to bog to river. Built up an appetite so head to either Lanesbrew or the new Italian restaurant, Sorrento. Hope to see you there.
