Starting from Saturday October 1st 2016 the 10am class will now be the Hot60 a 60 minute hot yoga class. Be ready for some new postures as well as ones you already know! Introducing some more hip openers and weight-bearing into the arms. This is a faster paced class so it is recommended you do a couple of 90 minute classes before trying the Hot60. You can use whatever package you are on to attend this class. More 60 minute classes will be added in November. Keep an eye on the news section here and Facebook page for updates.
